Your appointments are very important to me, it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary, therefore I respectfully request 48 hours notice for cancellations. ​ Please understand that when you fail to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients may miss the opportunity to receive services. A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a 50% last-minute cancellation fee or 100% no-show fee will apply.
